APOLLO COMMAND AND SERVICE MODULE ANOMALIES

It seems that every picture or drawing of the Apollo craft shows just the piece NASA is trying to show you, never the whole picture.
Here, they talk about how the service module is suppose to be where all the astronauts' food and supplies are stored.
In some shots there is a hole in the command module floor for this, in others there is not.
Dah, What about the heat shield that is between the command module and service module??
Can it have a big hole in it for access???
Also, how the heck can the guys turn around and get to and through the alleged hole.
Just like in the LEM, the spaces and dimensions just don't add up.
There is no way this apparatus could have ever existed and functioned as alleged.
