I could see something like this being used right now.

Around this town there are some pavements being created for a variety of purposes other than cars.

Whatever the match of pavement and vehicle is, I would love to see a variety of vehicles such as this becoming a practical reality.

Here in INDY, the government passed regulations limiting the use of small motor scooters.

When I came here a few years ago, they were all over the place, now there are almost none.

This limits peoples mobility, which like in communication, can only hurt an economy.

We need to do whatever we can to help this thing along, not hinder it.
