YEP.

I was wondering why the herd around St. Johns was thinning.

Well. Well. Well.

A street gang has moved in and taken over the alley North of St. Johns.

Actually it is a street....Chesapeake.

One or two boss men hang out in the little cove about half way down the street.

They have a bunch of clothing, sleeping bags, and such around them. Sometimes completely hiding them from view.

Every hour or so a young black male (more than one) dressed in black pants and a red shirt, will come down the alley and talk to whoever is in the little cove.

They will then leave and the process repeats itself all night, that is about 11 pm until 5 am.

They also have a lookout, hanging out across Capitol Street in front of the Indiana Convention Center.

GEESE AGAIN - SCARY

On my way to the IUPUI Campus Library, a set of two geese take off from an empty parking lot right in front of me. About 7 feet off the ground as they flew by me.

I thought, cool there they are again. 

A few feet later there come ANOTHER pair of geese from the parking lot  about 10 feet right over my head.

Hhhhmmmm.....

This is where it gets crazy/scary...

As I approach the IUPUI Library itself....

I know that in 1988 after the original geese "getting my attention" episode, was when the dis-assembly of my life took off in a very big way.

YEP.

I think he was read the riot act.

I think that happened to the owner the the ABBY shop inside of the Indianapolis City Market.

I went their a few days ago (approx. May 5, 2014) and the owner still had a sign on the cash register stating that they are not taking food stamps at this time.

This has been going on for months now, so  I asked him if he is NO LONGER taking food stamps. He said yes.

He knows I am a bum now, he knew I was a bum before, but I will tell you he ALWAYS treated me kindly and with respect.

I did NOT get that treatment this time.

I think he would have NOT taken cash money from me if they did not tell him he had to just to keep the ACLU away.

He was NOT giving out a nice vibe at all.

I think he has been "read the riot act."

That is someone or some people ("THEY"/"THEM"), told him he had better not DO ANYTHING to help make the BUMS seem to be legitimate shoppers.

What the "or else" may have been I don't have a clue.
