Yep.
You see it here.
When I was sleeping in the State Park, some Canadian Geese would come up to me, sometimes in pairs, but never anything like this.
I was wondering why these pet geese don't fly away.
After minimal research on this, there are breeds that don't fly much.
Apparently they make good roasting birds.
This goose may be a loving bird or a wise bird playing the owner in hopes of not becoming dinner.
And don't you think for a moment that animals are not smart enough to play humans.
Once in the Park a little kid took off after a duck. The duck would fly away just enough to keep away from the kid but not so far that the kid would lose interest and give up.
After a couple of minutes of this it was quite obvious that the duck was just playing with the kid.
