Not talking is not good.
I have seen US presidents stating this time after time that they were going to pout rather than have an adult conversation with someone that they should very much be talking to.
Like someone that is in a position to make a difficult situation worse.
You better believe the globalists talk to these people...
US presidents have used this excuse forever to not talk with the Russian leaders.
When I see this behavior, I am thinking conspiracy...
