And again. As with the high fructose corn syrup, the disinformation concerning the simple details of
the issue, I feel have been deliberately misrepresented.

People have NOT been modified to be Roundup Ready

With high fructose corn syrup, the problem is not with the fructose corn syrup itself, it is with the poisonous toxins that are added to the food by the farmers to kill bugs and weeds. This stuff remains in the food for our consumption. The problem is the poison added to the food, not the food itself.

The issue is not just that we don't know enough about the effects of the plant itself.

It is actually much simpler than that.

The problem is that the corn plant has been modified so it will not die when strong doses of strong poisons are used on the plant. So, Monsanto's Roundup weed killer would kill a normal plant, but not a plant that was Genetically Modified to tolerate the toxicity of the Monsanto Roundup weed killer.

The second problem is that we (humans) have NOT been modified to tolerate the bad effects of this toxic poison weed killer that has been added to our food.

So when you buy and eat NON GMO food, that does not mean that the plant does not have bug killer and weed killer in it, it does mean that this plant has not been modified to take the high levels of toxicity that the GMO foods have.

So, chances are you get a lighter dose of poison and are possibly avoiding a specific poison like Glyphosate (Roundup), that has been suspected of being linked to Autism, Cancer and other ailments.

Glyphosate (Roundup) is a neurotoxin, in any case, and should be avoided.
