I saw a PBS show one night where the guest gave an apt definition of a Doctor.
He said "A Doctor is a businessman, in business to make money."

Dr. Ben Carson can just stop with his pathetic attempt at intimidating us with his "hard science," and "I'm a doctor" bull-crap.
Case studies have nothing to do with "real science." They are social science at best.
And that might be the case if those were legit.
These case studies are presented by private companies that are working for Big Pharma, or such.
